There are many ECO Systems to discuss. My first ECO System in the EPA and its abusive power to control the property rights in America. Thank God for the SCOTUS rulings on EPA to bring them in Check. But after speaking to Army Corp Engineers, I find that everything is as usual. The data of Adjacent Wetland Property control take over is still in affect. I am here in Virginia and they still control my lands, which have no wetlands near us. I am located in a high point of the county. This was a subdivision before President Obama illegally increase the CWA control in 2008 to include all adjacent properties.
